TG60 Series

The Future of Fiber Maintenance: Map Cable Routes and Locate Faults via Smartphone with IoT & Cloud Technology.

Key Features

  • One-Person Operation via Mobile App: Utilizing Mobile Internet and IoT, a single technician can control the main unit remotely via a Smartphone App, significantly reducing labor costs.
  • GIS Route Mapping: Automatically acquires GPS coordinates (Latitude/Longitude) of the tapping point, visualizing the cable’s geographical route and fault location directly on a map.
  • Cloud Data Management: All test data is instantly uploaded to the cloud, allowing managers to view cable resources, attenuation info, and route history anytime, anywhere.
  • Dual-Function Diagnosis: Combines Vibration Positioning (for route tracing) and OTDR Measurement (for loss analysis) to swiftly identify fault types and locations.
  • Long-Range Detection: Capable of measuring routes and sensing vibration signals up to 60km with a spatial resolution of ±5m.
  • Multi-Cable Management: Integrated Optical Switch allows for the monitoring and measurement of multiple optical fiber paths from a single station.

Product Details

Transforming Fiber Maintenance with IoT Intelligence Managing complex underground fiber networks has traditionally been labor-intensive, requiring coordinated teams and manual data recording. The G-Link TG60 Optical Cable Intelligent Line Analyzer revolutionizes this process by integrating Cloud Computing, Mobile Internet, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. It is designed for modern operators who need to digitize their physical network assets efficiently.

Map Routes Simply by Tapping Unlike traditional tracers, the TG60 connects the field to the control room wirelessly. By simply tapping on manhole covers or the ground along the cable line, the device detects the vibration, calculates the distance, and instantly sends the GPS coordinates to your smartphone App. This allows you to generate a precise geographical map of the cable routing and locate faults without digging blindly.

Smart Operation & Maintenance (O&M) The TG60 is more than a testing tool; it is a resource management platform. With its built-in OTDR and Optical Switch functions, it can cycle through multiple fibers to check attenuation and health status. All data is synchronized to the cloud, enabling “Smart O&M” where resource census, troubleshooting, and line reconstruction data are accessible at your fingertips.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The TF500D is a standalone instrument requiring two people (one at the unit, one in the field) communicating via radio/phone. The TG60 is an IoT-enabled device that connects to a Mobile App. It allows one person to perform the test from the field while seeing results (including GPS maps) directly on their phone.

Yes, to utilize the full "Intelligent" features like Cloud storage and App connectivity, the main unit and the mobile phone need mobile internet access (4G/5G). This enables the real-time synchronization of test data and GPS mapping.

The TG60 integrates an Optical Switch function. This allows it to physically connect to multiple fibers and cycle through them for testing OTDR curves or vibration monitoring, making it ideal for managing high-density distribution frames.
